The mission of Theresa Banks Swim Club (TBSC) is to provide youths, between the ages of 5 and 18, the opportunity to participate in age group competitive swimming, to develop advanced swimming skills, to excel in a sport, to meet new people, and have a lot of fun. TBSC emphasizes a team concept where swimmers of every ability level can benefit from the social and mental conditioning, responsibility, and self-discipline. PMSL was founded in 1959 to sponsor and coordinate age-group competitive swimming programs duing the summer months in and among member teams. The intent is to develop in the swimmers participating in this program, a love for the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principles fo good sportsmanship.
