Volunteer Information
Volunteering is very important to your child's swimming experience and success!!!

Working a meet can be a fun and rewarding experience, one that allows you to get to know your fellow NCAP families. We are always in need of parents that are certified referees, starters, stroke & turn judges, timers, and HyTek users, just to name a few! We are also ready to help those parents who want to become certified officials.

Please e-mail Michelle Jordan if you are interested in being an official or learning how to become one.

Potomac Valley Swimming (PVS) also runs clinics that can certify you as an official. More information is available on their website, linked above.

In order to enhance our efforts to provide the best program for your children, we will continue the Parent Volunteer Program. Coupons! See Michelle Jordan after you have completed a session.

Each parent is asked to volunteer a minimum of two sessions (at NCAP sponsored meets -- from warm-ups until the end of the session is considered one session). Each time you volunteer to work a session, ask a NCAP coach to sign a coupon for you. Any other club/site function for which you volunteer can be used for credit! Just have a coach "sign off" to confirm your effort.
